The Zimbabwe Gender Commission has led efforts to prevent sexual harassment through awareness-raising sessions in tertiary institutions and organizations in both the public and private sectors. In 2023, the Commission conducted 12 awareness sessions at tertiary institutions. Additionally, a National Strategy on Violence and Harassment in the Workplace has been developed to guide institutions in addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.
